Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries:
Belgien, Dänemark, Frankreich, Griechenland, Italien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechische Republik, Ungarn.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Sylt, Föhr, Fehmarn, Helgoland

Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 10 EUR (net) per order.

From an order value of 250,00 EUR (net) onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

In case of deliveries to the German Islands, an island surcharge of 10,00 is charged on the dispatch costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

we charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries (amounts in net):

Belgium: 25,00 €

Greece: until 50kg: 50,00 €

Greece: more then 50kg: 100,00 €

For deliveries of dangerous goods, there is an additional surcharge per box. from 5.00 EUR net.
(Dangerous goods deliveries are not possible to all countries)

Provision of digital content:

Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 48 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Further details on payment

As long as you make the prepayment via transfer, we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition: after crediit check

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 8 days.

Special agreements related to the offered payment methods

Validity check

If we pay in advance, e.g. when paying an invoice or a debit note, your data will be forwarded to Dun & Bradstreet Deutschland GmbH, Robert-Bosch-Straße 11, 64293 Darmstadt, for a validity check using a mathematical-statistic process in order to safeguard our authorised interests. We reserve the right to reject the mode of payment of an invoice or debit note on the basis of the results of the validity check.

Payment via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout"

If you select a payment method offered via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal"). The individual payment methods via "PayPal" will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. "PayPal" may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately.
