with the following services:

• Installation of the label printer on a PC (client only)
  (EDP connection must be provided by the customer,
  a possibly required system administrator is to be provided by you)
• Installation of the labeling software and Creation of a sample label
• Brief instruction on printer and software
• up to 2.5 hours of working time on site
• Technician travel expenses
• Support by phone or email for 12 months after installation
