How do automatic label dispensers work?
Semi-automatic label dispensers
Semi-automatic label dispensers advance labels from the roll to such an extent that they can be removed ready for gluing. The label is detached from the carrier tape. Each time a label is removed, the next label is pushed forward by the dispenser for easy removal.
These robust label dispensers are available in different designs and for different label roll widths.
Some label dispensers have a display that can be used, for example, to read or preset the quantity dispensed. Optionally, a foot pedal is available for some models, which can be used to trigger the dispensing process on demand, or connectable battery packs with which you can use the label dispensers on a stand-alone basis.
Fully automatic label dispensers
Fully automatic label dispensers dispense labels directly onto the passing product or packaging.
If necessary, these label dispensers can also be equipped with a printer that prints the labels as they are dispensed.
